Poster Session

Poster Guidelines/Information

• The maximum size of each poster is slightly less than 4 feet (height) by 8 feet (width).
• It is not necessary to have a poster that takes up the entire space.
• The poster boards are numbered, and each poster will be assigned a numbered location.
• It is the responsibility of poster presenters to print and set up their posters.
• Posters can be set during lunch or afternoon break before the assigned poster session starts.
• A table with power will be available for software demonstrations.
• The poster discussions will be split into two sessions beginning at 5:30 PM on Tuesday, September 16, 2014. At the completion of the first discussion, the poster boards will need to be manually turned for the second discussion.
