- Am I registered for the meeting?
- Yes, if you received the confirmation e-mail from events@regonline.com; do not reply to this e-mail. Please check your junk or spam folder, as the e-mail may have gone here. If you did not receive or you are unsure, contact the workshop mailbox at qispimtg@orau.org.
- Is there a meeting fee?
- Yes. The meeting fee is $200 and must be paid prior to the meeting online by credit card. The fee includes meals provided at the meeting; continental breakfast, lunch, morning and afternoon breaks.
- Do I need to make a room reservation with the Bethesda North Marriott Hotel & Conference Center?
- No. Your registration confirmation e-mail serves as your lodging reservation.
- I have a change in my travel plans, should I contact you?
- Yes. Contact the workshop mailbox at qispimtg@orau.org.
- Will I have a private room at the Bethesda North Marriott Hotel & Conference Center?
- Yes. Unless you request otherwise, you will have a single guest room.
- I'd like to see the final meeting agenda. Do you have this?
- The agenda is updated periodically and posted on the Agenda page when available.
- Should I bring a laptop for my presentation?
- We will have a presentation laptop attached to the LCD projector. The LCD connects to both Mac and PC-based systems. We prefer that you bring your presentation on a USB storage device so it can be preloaded onto the presentation laptop before your session begins. If your presentation requires a Mac, it is better to bring your own laptop along with your adapter to connect to the projector.

- Dress is business casual. As the meeting approaches, please be sure to check the weather outlook: NOAA Weather for Greater DC area. Also note that meeting room temperatures vary; remember to dress in layers.
