Instructions for Presenters

Deadline for presentations are Wednesday, July 15th.

Presentations can be conveniently uploaded on the website by this link or click "Submit Presentations" in the Presenters and Presentations submenu to the left.

  1. Presentations that are over 5MB – 10MB (or reduced in size up to 10MB)
    1. Resize the PDF file by resaving and choosing the "save as other", "Optimize PDF", and reduce the size there before uploading.
    2. Email the PDF file to Deneise Terry.
  2. We can retrieve a presentation if it is on Google or Dropbox, send an email with access permission to Deneise Terry.
  3. Presentations that cannot be reduced enough to upload or email will be loaded to a flash drive at the meeting.
Presentations

The files will be uploaded in advance to the conference computer (PC/Windows) connected to the projector in order to prevent delays and posted to the website.

Note: Speakers won't be able to present from their own laptops.
