Instructions for Presenters

Deadline for presentations is Monday, July 16th.

The files will be uploaded in advance to the conference computer (PC/Windows) connected to the projector in order to prevent delays and posted to the website.

Presentations can be conveniently uploaded on the website using this link or click "Submit Presentations" in the Presenters and Presentations submenu to the left.

  1. Presentations that are over 5MB – 10MB (or reduced in size up to 10MB)
  2. We can retrieve a presentation if it is on Google Drive or Dropbox; send an email with access permission to Deneise Terry.

Required naming convention:

  • lastnamefirstinitial_Program_ PresentationTitle
    (e.g. TerryD_ASCR_PresentationTitle)

Revised Presentation Guidelines

The submission site will accept up to 3 files per person. This allows for revisions.

Required naming convention:

  • lastnamefirstinitial_ REVISED_Program_ PresentationTitle
    (e.g. TerryD_REVISED_ASCR_PresentationTitle)
